Regarding to industries established in this sub-province, we can refer to Khoda-bandeh cement plant. The constructional operation of this plant has been started in 2009 and its capacity is 2000 tons per year. Located in 12th km of Gheidar town, the company has started its first stage production utilization by means of machinery purchased from Shahrkurd Cement Plant. The needed clinker is supplied by the plants located near to this plant. Additionally, Zanjan cement plant capacity is 1800 tons per year, which will be started up in near future.

Khoda-bandeh sub-province has 15 mines, including 8.8 percent of total mines of Zanjan province. The main mines of this sub-province are: raw substances for cement production, silica, gypsum, salt, rubble stone and one lead and zinc mine. About 750000 tons of mineral substances is extracted from Khoda-bandeh sub-province mines and main part of these materials are cement production raw material. Silica is the second mineral substance extracted from mines of this sub-province and is in second rank after cement production raw material. The most important mines of this sub-province are Arqin 1&2 cement raw substances mines, Dehjalal and Yengejeh silica mines, Gumoosh-Tappeh lead and zinc mines and hydro salt mine of Saeed Mohammad. It is better to know that, little studies and extraction operation has been done in mine sector of Khoda-bandeh sub-province. Specifications of mines of this sub-province are as following:
